Art Contests
Topic: Green Spaces, Safe Places
Rules and Entry Form
ABOUT THE CONTEST
Violet’s Art Vision is a non profit organization located in Osceola County with a mission to instruct students on the importance of wildlife welfare, conservation, and environmental concerns through eco-art education. This year we have created an art contest for students grades K-12 attending the city of Saint Cloud public schools. The topic for our second annual art contest is Green Spaces, Safe Places, aligning with the city’s key focus on effective community safety. Students are encouraged to create a work of art depicting what this theme means to them. Entries can be artwork with or without a slogan. The contest is designed to deepen student understanding of the many important ways in which we use, benefit from, enjoy and care for green spaces in our city and why it’s important to keep these spaces clean and safe for the people and wildlife that depend on them.
